Decidim administration manual

The purpose of this manual is to provide basic knowledge and skills needed to use the Decidim participation system which is the technology powering PopuliHub. The guide does not go into specific details about each feature and each component, but gives the user enough information to find certain features and use them as thoroughly as needed in most general use cases. It is every user's responsibility to learn to use the system properly for the use cases that are most relevant to them.

In addition to these sections it is also important to understand the terminology used within the system. Understading the terminology makes it easier to understand the system and provides a solid ground for using the system. You can also learn more about the technology from the About Decidim section.

You can only learn to use any technical system by using it. We strongly encourage to actively use the system and and learning its features independently. You cannot break anything in the testing environments because the system can be always reverted to its last working state. It is therefore extremely safe and easy to try different things in the testing environments and experience yourself how the system functions.
