Listing -view for results or accepted projects

When the "Accountability" -component is added to the participation space, the accepted projects can be browsed and managed from the sidebar's "Components" -section's link named "Accountability". You can access the same view from the component listing -view using the "manage" -button as shown in the "Management of components" -section.

From the actions of the whole list you can find the following buttons regarding the proposal management:

  • New result - This button allows you to add a new result, which is an accepted project from the city or municipality. The management and adding of the accepted project is described more in depth in the section "Management of accepted projects".
  • Statuses - This button allows the management of the statutes for the accepted projects in the component. Statuses are mutual to the accepted projects of the component so you have to determine the status for each project. The management of statuses is described more in depth in the "Management of accepted projects' statuses" -section.
  • Export all - This button allows you to export the accepted projects to an external file format, so it is also possible to handle the projects outside of the system. Exporting is possible to the following formats: CSV, JSON and excel. Export sends a message to the admin's email after the export is done.

Existing accepted projects can be managed with different project-specific action buttons. The following action buttons can be found for accepted projects:

  • Preview - This button allows you to preview the accepted project in the form it is shown on the public page.
  • New result - This button allows you to manage a specific project's subprojects. The management of subprojects happens the same way and you can see breadcrumbs on the top of the view which indicate the level of hierarchy. The management of subprojects is described more in depth in the section "Subprojects of accepted project".
  • Project evolution - This button allows you to manage the markings of the project's timeline, which tell what has happened on each phase and which dates have been the most significant for the progress of the project. The management of the project's timeline is described more in depth in the "The progress of an accepted project and management of timeline" -section.
  • Edit - This button allows you to manage the settings and content of the accepted project. The management of the accepted project is described more in depth in the "Management of accepted projects" -section.
  • Delete - This button allows you to delete the accepted project. The deletion happens after a confirmation prompt, so in case you press the delete button by accident, the project does not get deleted right away. Bare in mind that deleting the result also deletes the subresults attached to it.
