Management of accepted projects' statuses

When the "Accountability" -component is added and it appears on the website, its projects related spaces can be managed from the component's main page, using the "Statuses" button, as described in the "Listing -view for results or accepted projects" -section.

From the actions of the whole list you can find a "New status" -button, which can be used to add a new accepted project status. Existing statuses can be managed with their action buttons. For the accepted projects there are the following action buttons:

  • Edit - This button allows you to manage accepted projects' status settings and content.
  • Delete - This button allows you to delete an accepted project's status. Deletion happens after a confirmation prompt, so in case you press the delete button by accident, the status does not get deleted right away.

The status adding and management -view has the following information that you have to pay attention to:

  • Key - Official technical identifier that can be used to signal a specific accepted project status.
  • Name - Status name that is used for example for filtering.
  • Description - The statuses accurate description which explains the meaning of the status.
  • Progress - A percentage, which can be used to determine on what percentual stage the project is at when it reaches this status. When the status is selected to the accepted project, its percentual value determines its progress automatically.
