Management of budgetable projects

In the adding and management -view of the budgetable projects, there is the following information that you have to pay attention to:

• Title - Defines the title of the budgetable project.
• Description - Defines the budgetable project's description. Here you define a more in depth description about the project and what it is about.
• Budget - A budget for the project in euros, which defines the sum that is used for the selected project from the overall budget.
• Category - If categories are in use and they are defined to the component, the project can be sorted under a certain category. This is only essential with a bigger amount of data.
• Included proposals - Those proposals from which this project has rooted from. It is not mandatory to include proposals to an accepted project, but it is recommended if the whole participation process is made through the system. You can choose a single proposal or multiple, to choose multiple proposals hold down the CTRL -key.
