Settings for budgets component

In the adding and management -view of the "Budgets" -component there is some additional information you have to pay attention to in addition to the component's basic information described in the "Management of components" -section:

• Total budget - This defines the budget, which the participants can use for different projects.
• Vote threshold percent - This defines what percentage of the budget has to be used to be able to leave the vote.
• Comments enabled - Defines if budgetable projects can be commented on. This setting can be overwritten on each phase with its opposite setting "Comments blocked".

Budgets component settings have the following information that you have to pay attention to:

• Comments blocked - Is commenting blocked during a specific phase.
• Voting enabled - Is the selection of budgetable projects and voting about them enabled during a specific phase.
• Show votes - Is the amount of votes of each project shown to the participants. It is recommended that during a budget voting the amount of votes is not shown to the participants.
