Reporting content to moderators

Participants can report content to the moderators in case they find something inappropriate. This way the admins get notified about the content and they can hide it if necessary.

With the report -feature users can flag spam (ads) and offensive or illegal content. The informant can leave for example comments as additional information to the moderators for clarification.

The report -feature can be found for example to the proposals and comments. It is usually found next to the content information (content writer and date of publishing), this is presented in the first image below. The report -feature can be identified by the flag icon. The second image below presents the reportage -modal and an example of a reporting situation.

If moderators themselves find inappropriate content, it is always handled through the report -feature. In this case the moderator has to first report the content, which he can later hide using the moderation -feature. Content moderation from the moderator point of view is described more specifically in the section "Moderation".
